Nowadays, we have got a big national chain of sale: one hundred and thirty wholesale firms in all regions of Poland. Since 1999, we have built an independent network of our own sale managers responsible for direct cooperation with shops. Among others, we permamently cooperate with Russian, Ukrainian, Belorussian, Slovak, Czech, Spanish and Kazakstan contractors. Our business operation can be divided into the following fields:

We produce the Viki® brand name lingerie in collection Viki Style®.
We are the distributor of this collection through wholesale firms in Poland and also an exporter and importer of lingerie, not only the Viki® brand, but others as well. We mostly specialize in brassiere (especially for big and very big breasts), but in the range of our interest are ladies sets, ladies briefs, ladies panties, top shirts and bodies as well. Eevery year we try to increase our offer to satisfy our customers' demands.
Viki® pantyhose (tights) and others - fit the best, look the best.
We are the manufacturer of the Viki® brand name tights. Additionally, we deal with the import and export of other brands of tights in the range. We sell products of such famous Italian brands like Bellafonte®, which are manufactured according to ISO 9002 and characterized by the highest quality. We sell Lycra® and common hosiery in a wide choice of sizes and colours.
E-commerce.
One of the fields of our business activities is also developing E-commerce strategies.

Our company may be in charge of distribution of goods imported from "Supplier" under the following conditions:

1. The prices shall be established in such a way that they are acceptable for Polish customers.
2. The company "SOLO" shall have the status of the only Polish company which has the right to import and distribute articles produced by the "SUPPLIER".
3. Goods are to be delivered to "SOLO" customs store on the basis of export invoice issued by the "SUPPLIER" in accordance with Lublin DDU conditions. The company "SOLO", being the importer, covers any possible customs duty and the tax VAT for the goods in the customs store which are assigned for the Polish market. All goods in customs store and wholesale in Lublin are insured in case of fire and theft by "SOLO".
4. The company "SOLO" adds to the goods supplied by the "SUPPLIER" a margin of 30% which is calculated in such a way that the net purchasing price is divided by 0,7. With this kind of price the company "SOLO" may allow itself 5% discounts for individual customers (shops), up to 20% discounts for wholesales as well as for trade representatives' commissions which amount to 8 - 16% of the value of goods sold to shops. The company "SOLO" takes the responsibility for storing and distribution cost and for trading risk which means that in case a customer does not pay, "SOLO" shall cover the debt to the "SUPPLIER".
5. The company "SOLO" pays the "SUPPLIER" 30 days after goods release from the warehouse. It means that all goods stock is credited by the "SUPPLIER" and "SOLO" pays only for goods which have been actually sold.
6. The company "SOLO" shall have the right to show "SUPPLIER's" goods during the native fashion fairs.
7. The company "SOLO" shall be guaranteed the right to return goods which have not been sold.
8. The company "SOLO" shall receive charge-free advertising materials like posters, labels, stickers, catalogues, color masters etc. in order to show them in places where sales for individual customers are conducted, as well as goods samples for trade representatives and for show in "SOLO" wholesale in Lublin.
